Outlook and JIRA workflow request.
I would like to raise a project via outlook and have JIRA create a project (with the ability to edit the project type, i.e. epic) based on information contained in an outlook email. At the moment these are two distinct functions. Projects are sent in to a mailbox and then a user manually creates a project in JIRA. I would like to automate as much as possible. What are the options to do this?
