Scenario
We integrated ZenDesk with two JIRA projects, so that creating a zendesk ticket could also create a JIRA bug. It applied the label jira_escalated, everything worked perfectly, and we were happy.
We took a long break from that process project, and are attempting to finalize it now.
The Issue
Several months (and many JIRA changes later) later, for a reason I have not yet identified, the label jira_escalated is no longer applied to the cards created via the integration.
What We've Tried
We're not finding much about this issue so I'm sure it's something simple I'm not catching. Can anyone assist?

for my own edification I will share that if your zendesk/jira integration is not working, check your automation rules, especially those which affect labels at creation.
