JIRA and Python API integration
We are doing a POC to predict if an issue needs a code fix or not and for the same, we need to call a Python API when an issue is getting created. I tried 'Automation Rules' in trial version of JIRA Cloud to call an API.
1. As few clients use JIRA server, can you please let me know the exact name of the add-on to be used to avail automation rules capability in JIRA Server. If I search with 'automation' string, I am seeing a lot of add-ons.
2. As many clients want to restrict their Machine learning APIs from being called by anyone, we need to apply security authentication mechanism to our Python APIs. Can you please suggest how can that be supported with JIRA integration. If these APIs are secured using Oauth implementation, how will JIRA automation rules call it. Is there any sample available?
