Hi,

We're looking for a person or entity to help us setup JIRA (configuration, workflows, sla's, training, etc.). We're currently using JIRA but only have a minimal setup and we're not using all the features. Like everyone else, we'd like to outsource this work as the team is busy with other work at the moment.

Our tooling will include: 

• JIRA Help Desk
• JIRA Software
• Confluence
• BitBucket

possibly others (like HipChat) if we find that would be beneficial.
