JIRA and Bitbucket Syncing

From a JIRA issue, it shows me an option to create a branch in one of my repository.
But after creating that branch ideally, that should be shown there for that particular issue and the pull request option should also be enabled there.
But for me, I can just create a branch and it is no way in sync with JIRA, it simply sits there in bitbucket.
Is there any extra configuration that has to be done to enable this feature?

Ps. My JIRA Application and Bitbucket is Connected in Administration -> Applications -> Application Links,

Found that only when the branch name starts with the JIRA Issue ID, it will be in sync.

Otherwise, it doesn't reflect.
