×We've been using the zendesk/Jira integration successfully for some time now but a week or two ago, it stopped allowing us to link or create new tickets from zendesk.
We can access the the zendesk ticket from Jira and post from Jira to zendesk, but we can't go in the other direction.
Did something change recently that broke it? If we disconnect and try to re-integrate the two systems, will it break the existing link tickets or will that linkage remain?
