JIRA Upgrade from 7.x to 8.3.1

We recently upgraded JIRA from 7.x to 8.3.1 but users are unable to view sprints and their tasks though the projects are available

Kindly update how we can resolve this.

@Rahul KatariaWhat are using "Jira Core" or "Jira Software". Functionality like Sprint are part of Jira Software, and not Jira Core. Can you please check what were you using earlier and what you have updated to.

I am using Jira Software, sorry Core was selected by mistake

I suggest you check DB, health check, etc. if the backup went smooth. Also run Indexing on your Jira.
