JIRA Tickets creation fails using Rest API

Hi All,

I have configured the Google form in such a way when we try to submit a Google Form JIRA will be created automatically to respective team using JIRA Rest API.

Once the form submits, it will be captured in Google sheet, where I configured using the script editor to create JIRA.

It is happening when we try but I am getting error rate of 60%. Sometime it creates but sometime getting error stating Address unavailable.

Could someone please help on this.
