Hi Guys just want to ask if we have a support ppl for JIRA. Like they will help us how to set up a JIRA.
Thank you so much!
Atlassian don't do "getting started" type "support" directly. It's probably better described as "training" than "support" as well.
Have a look at the training and getting started docs Atlassian provide, and if you still want someone to help you, look to talking to a partner who does training or support at this level. https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/ can get you the contact details for an appropriate partner.
Hi @francis.busbus,
Welcome to the community. It seems you are on cloud, so in that case, you just start a free trial on the plan of your choice online. You'll be able to choose a url and your environment will be up in running in less than no time.
If you've used Jira Server before and would like to migrate your data to the cloud, you can reach out to Atlassian migration support and create a ticket to help with the migration.
If you're just starting out on cloud and have nothing to migrate, take the time to look into the tons of online documentation available. There's so much available that when in doubt, just type e.g. Jira Software documentation in a search engine and you're good to go!
If you have the time and the desire to find out many things for your own, the Community is a great place to come back to if you run into trouble or if you have questions. Many folks are here to assist you when they can.
If you want professional advice to get you up and running and are willing to invest a bit in that, consider reaching out to a solutions partner near you. With their knowledge of the tools combined with their experience to solve challenges like the ones you are most likely facing, they should be able to get you on the right track as well.
