Our team has been experiencing multiple issues with JIRA not auto-populating tickets from our mailbox into the system. Several team members have already reached out regarding this, and we are now considering the possibility of decommissioning JIRA.
Before moving forward, our leadership team would like to meet with JIRA’s IT team. However, when I try to raise a support ticket, the system requires a URL formatted like “mysitename.atlassian.net.” Unfortunately, we do not have a URL in that format.
Could someone help me locate or confirm what our JIRA site URL should be?

Since you are on DC, in the contact form make sure you select Data Center under "or select an app" on the right and then the app, that will bring up the page where you enter your SEN instead of the Cloud instance.
