JIRA Software has a Publisher already assigned

Our projects are all being set up with a specific person already assigned as the Publisher. Where can I remove that name so that each Project or ticket can have their own Publisher?

I'm sorry I'm not familiar with publisher. Is that a custom field with that specific label? If so it may have a default value. To change the default value of a custom field go into the administration section under issues then custom fields. Find your custom field and on the right click on the… And select context. In the context screen You can set the default value for your custom field.

Thank you! There is a Publisher that is not a Custom Field but I just checked and there is also a Publisher that is a Custom Field and it does have someone assigned as the Default. Appreciate the help!!
