JIRA Site URL Name Issue

Hello,

I created a site yesterday called qaswa-it.atlassian.net. I was using my mobile device to create this site and unfortunately the page crashed. I then tried to create the same site but it didnt give me the option to use the same URL. So, I ended up creating another url as qaswa.atlassian.net.

Is there a way I can reclaim the qaswa-it.atlassian.net site. The weird thing is that if I try to type in qaswa-it.atlassian.net, it redirects to qaswa.atlassian.net.

Is there a way for me to reclaim the qaswa-it.atlassian.net?

This can only be addressed by Atlassian Support. Unfortunately you are on the free version so that isn’t an option. You might try to reach them via the billing inquiry support channel.
