I'm preparing for 3.11->4.x migration of JIRA.
The 1st run through, clean install, import, etc, went without issue.
I'm attempting a second run through from clean install and the setup (/secure/Setup.jspa) won't move past step 2.
I enter an eval license key, click "next", it spins "Please wait while the license is verified..." for a while then nothing.
Is the validation done server-side or client side? I'm suspecting a firewall issue.
