JIRA Service Desk Multiple Approvals

For Service Desk Change Request we often have multiple approvers.

1. There is no log/history on when the first people approve the change.

2. The JQL functions for MyPending() Continue to show a change even after I have approved it and am waiting for others. Shouldn't the MyPending() function only return items when it is waiting for my approval ? 

Have can I write JQL to only show pending approvals that I need to action?
