We're seeing odd behavior when using Automation to create a new linked issue in another project if a service desk issue is closed with a resolution we added called Escalated. Everything performs as expected except the new created issue is not linked to the old service desk issue. Is anyone aware of this being bugged or is there something I may be missing?
It seems as if this should be pretty standard stuff:
Screenshot attached. Resulting issues have no issue links whatsoever.
