Has the SOAP-API any limitation of parallel sessions by the same user?

Not really, you can log in many times over SOAP.

There are other limitations though. The obvious ones are that it hasn't been actively improved for quite a long time, and that it's going away in the next major release. I'd strongly recommend moving to REST as soon as possible.
