Are you working with issues in Team Managed projects or Company Managed projects? That information will show at the bottom of the panel on the left when you are viewing the Scrum board.
If you are working with issues in Company Managed projects, does each team use a separate project? If the teams are sharing projects how do you identify which team owns the issue?

Does each team's board encompass all issues in their respective project, and only the issues in their respective project?
What details are you trying to retrieve, exactly?

i would retrieve the tickets/incidents details worked by a team.

If you can formulate a JQL that could be used in the UI to retrieve the issues, then you can use the Issue Search endpoint to execute that JQL through the API.
