JIRA Power Up within Trello

Hi, I'm currently having an issue linking a JIRA ticket to an existing Trello ticket.  I have managed to successfully authorise JIRA and find my project space, but when I try and add the JIRA ID nothing is happening.  The steps I'm taking are :

• Click the JIRA icon within the Power Up section of the Trello ticket
• Select 'Attach a recent issue'
• Select my JIRA space 'xxxxxxx.atlassian.net'
• Enter JIRA ID

At this point the JIRA ID is found and displayed in the list, but when I click it absolutely nothing happens!!!

Anyone any ideas? :)

Thanks for reaching out, and I played around with this a bit on a test site and everything is working as expected on the test site, so I am wondering if there is a possibility of a conflict in the browser locally blocking the connection.

Please refer to the "Indispensable tests" section of the following KB article for a list of helpful browser troubleshooting steps to see if we can rule out any local browser settings that could be acting as blockers:

Also while you are looking into this can you open up your browser's javascript console and see if there are any explicit errors listed in the output to further narrow this down.
