I am encountering what I think is a defect in JIRA Portfolio and am struggling to resolve / workaround it.
The problem is that every time I re-calculate a plan, the scheduled start date changes to the current date.
Conceptually, I get this. But we are finding that this will continue to occur, EVEN if:
- the EPIC is marked as "In Progress"
- the EPIC has user stories that are In Progress, Resolved, or even Closed to a sprint
As a result, it makes Portfolio challenging for us to use since it continues to show features that are in progress (in some cases 6-8 weeks along) as not yet started.
Can someone provide me insights on how to work around this or what is needed to help debug this and get it resolved?
