JIRA Plugin or built-in solution to set and track fixed cost for a task

Hello Everyone, 

Is there a plugin or a built-in way for JIRA Software to set and track a fixed cost for a task? We provide professional services that the customer pays for ahead of time, then someone from our technical staff completes the work. The tech gets a percentage of the cost as well.

I am looking for a plugin or built-in option where I can set the cost of a task, then at the end of the month run a report that shows each task, its cost, grouped by the assignee.

Thanks for your feedback, Brant. I thought about Tempo Budget. The cost is significantly high for us. It has a lot more features we'll never use.
