JIRA OIDC Authentication issue

Hello Team,

I have added OIDC as an authentication  method for my JIRA, however when trying to test-in, it throws me the error with the below ID, I have attached the screenshot of the msg as well.

Can you please assist here as to what should I check. The OIDC connection details that we are using is working  fine for the other jira setup that we have.

Are you able to access the logs? This message just states that there is a problem, but you will need to get more information from the logs to see what the issue is.
