Good morning,

I had inquiries about Atlassian. Right now, I am currently using the link "https://detechtion.atlassian.net/" but our company used to use "https://enbasesolutions.atlassian.net/". A lot of valuable information are stored in the enbasesolutions JIRA, and I was wondering if there is a way to migrate/transfer those tickets to the Detechtion JIRA? What I was thinking is possibly creating a new project in Detechtion for all the enbasesolutions JIRA since we already have multiple projects in Detechtion.

Hi Victoria,

Currently, on Jira Cloud, it's possible only to import a full backup (what makes a wipe on the destination instance) or you can export all tickets to a CSV file and then import on a project on Detechtion.

- Importing data from CSV
- Creating issues using the CSV importer

This option will only import issues, so all the configuration of the project will not be imported, for example, workflows, request types, automation, SLA.

Another option is to merge both instances, but then you will need to create a server instance:

- How to merge two different Jira Cloud applications together

Hope this helps!

If you have any other question, please let us know.

Regards,
Angélica
