JIRA Mail Handler Using Outlook - Email Replies as Comments

I am trying to set up a JIRA mail handler to create tickets from a mailbox where emails will be forwarded to. This mailbox is an Outlook mailbox. I have set up a mail handler that creates tickets by scanning the email, using the subject as the summary and the body as the description. I was wondering if it was possible to have each "Re:" in the thread become a comment instead of just in the description. I have attached a screenshot of what it is doing now. 

There is also a lot of extra text that should not be included (such as the To: From: , dates etc that is in the email thread). I was wondering if there was a way to remove this. Any insight would be great, as I have tried a couple of things with no good results. I also wanted to reach out to see if anyone had ever done this with a similar mailbox. jira singlecomm.JPG
