Can you please let us know what would be the "UIT Jira"? I must confess that I'm not familiar with the "UIT" acronym.
Also, what is the exact scenario you are facing? Is the person that left your company the only administrator of your Jira application or there are other administrators?
If you are talking about the Jira Server application itself, Jira credentials are related to the user e-mail, so I believe you will need to contact the administration team of your e-mail domain (columnit.com) to have these credentials and properly manage your site.
