Hi :)

One of our stakeholders has been given access to our JIRA board but when they click the link to our board it automatically takes them to the businesses Service Desk Request board. The have access to JIRA but it just doesnt connect through to the software, just the front end. Can any one help me understand why this is happening please?

Hi Carla, are you saying that anyone other than this one person will go to the correct board if the click the same link? Have you inspected the link to ensure it translates to the specific desired board? Next verify that the specific user has access to the underlying project(s) associated with the board.
