Hello @Carlos Mardones

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

This is a user community, not the path for contacting Atlassian support.

If you want to get assistance from Atlassian support the administrators of your Jira system can open a support case at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Also, this is a publicly accessible forum. It is unwise to post your email address in this location. I have edited your post to remove your email address from it.

Hello @Carlos Mardones

Unfortunately there is generally not a phone number or email available for getting in contact with Atlassian Support unless you have an Enterprise subscription.

If you have a version number like 11.3.7 that indicates you are using a Data Center version rather than a Cloud product. A support case for a Data Center product doesn't usually require entering your URL.

When selecting the app did you make sure to change your selection to Data Center?

When you do that the next prompt is usually for a SEN.
