JIRA — Internal Server Error

my  database is mysql-5.6.42, jira is 7.2.6

everything is ok,include testing mysql. But when I click next,it will failed.

Well, you could try checking the error logs on the server - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver0713/important-directories-and-files-964984038.html has information about where the logs are.  If you look in the logs and find a specific error, you could try posting it here and see if anyone has an idea of how to fix it. 

Otherwise, I think your best bet will be to contact support (https://support.atlassian.com/contact) so they can work through your logs and other diagnostic data.  Trying to do diagnostics through the community forum can be difficult at best.
