JIRA FOR PROJECTs and SR(Service Request) Tracking

Hi Team! Need help to know how to start for the implementation of JIRA PROJECTs TRACKING and also with the availability of tracking the SRs that we open for resolution of different issues/features of the Solution implemented in the Project. Can someone introduce me in the process to know how to do it? Thanks and Best REgards, Claudia.

Might need some additional information here:

• Is this Cloud, Server, or Data Center?
• What products do you have (Jira? Jira Service Management? Etc)
• What processes are the Projects being created for?

It sounds like you might have...

• Customers creating Service Requests for resolution
• Related Issues in an internal Delivery Project to fix Bugs, deliver new Features, etc
• The need to link these issues and/or provide updates automatically between them

More information will help identify what options you have to implement this :)
