JIRA Core + JIRA Software

Hello,

Our company is separated into two teams (business and development) which are closely connected together. Is there a possibility to use CORE in one team and SOFTWARE in the second, but still have possibility to transfer tasks from one to another and see statuses in both? And do we need to pay for every user both licenses or just the one he is actually using?

The best option is to install Jira Software and two sets of licences for a single installation - some for Software and some for Core.

All the issues will be in the same system and hence easy to share and/or move around.
