Hello @Sara Noorzay,

It seems that the API access token is not valid once the access the revoked. When you reauthorized again, a new API access token is created.

Can you please try to copy the API access token to the Salesforce package(Jira Cloud for Salesforce)?

Cheers,

Kevin

Hi @Sara Noorzay

Can you give us some more informations?

  • Are you using an add-on for SalesForce integration? If yes which one?
  • Are you on Cloud or Server?
  • On Server, what do the logs say?

Cheers
Niklas
