Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We have an incoming mail handler set up to create issues from e-mails. This was configured with the default settings, and worked up until today. Now, when I go to test the connection of the mail handler, I get the error message "UnknownHostException: mailstore".

How would I go about fixing this?
