JIRA Cloud integration with the Outlook

Hi, We are not able to create any Jira requests via the Outlook app. See below the error message (linked to issue type):

It was working fine previously, but now it's not working anymore.

This seems like permissions have been changed for the related project (space).

Check with the project (space) admin or Jira admin.

This is because you or another admin probably changed something in that project :) For that kind of integrations; it is usually recommended to use basic fields like Summary and Description. I think first thing to check is the "Create Issue" screen (or the fields in that screen) for that project.

If there are any required (on workflow or on Field Configuration Scheme) custom fields in the Create screen then it may cause that issue.

By the way, I assumed that you are using "Microsoft Outlook for Jira" plugin for that purpose. You may want to contact the vendor's support directly.
