Problem:
When using JIRA cloud add in for Excel, the parent field doesn't populate with the name. Instead it populates a hyperlink to the parent in JIRA. When you use the JIRA export to CSV, it has a field called parent summary that has the parent name.
I need the parent summary to appear in the Excel add in. How can I do this?
My goal is to have a way to refresh a list of all the issues in Excel / database so I can review the entire list and do summary reporting.
Can you please post a screenshot of what exactly you see, or at least try again. Almost two years have passed, and even if it's a bug it could be already fixed.
