JIRA Cloud Migration Plugin - connection to the cloud offering

Hi

I am trying to migrate Jira Software 7.13.18 and Jira Core 7.13.18 to the cloud.

We have applied for the cloud trial account but on the JIRA "Connect to Cloud" plugin on the second step "Connect to cloud" I don't see our Cloud trial option.

If I use "Get Jira Cloud Trial" - I am getting the message that "You’ve activated all of your cloud migration trials."

When I try "Choose cloud site" (I am providing an admin credential for the cloud) I am getting 0 options in the "Migrate To" drop-down and manually entering our cloud URL does not work.

Can somebody explain how to connect the JIRA Migration Plugin with the existing trial cloud account?
