×So I've had a weird bug with JIRA where it was showing two projects with the same name (which were not named this way originally).
I deleted a project called "surveys." and this was "successful."
After deleting this, I went to my dashboard and saw that the project still existed, so I deleted it AGAIN, only to find that it actually deleted a different project "Customer Experience." Is there ANYWAY to get this back? Its really frustrating because even in the deletion "acknowledgement" screen it still said "Surveys".
I checked Cloud backup, and of course we're still new to the tool and haven't set this up yet. We've lost probably 50+ tickets because of this bug.
Unfortunetaly when you delete a project it is gone forever. You can ask atlassian support for a backup but i'm not sure if they will have it.
Hope this helps
