JIRA Can't Access Over Internet

Tried the typical ways to make the JIRA accessible through internet. But didn't worked. Hosted server is a windows server and can access in local but from the internet. Went through the community topics but didn't helped.

• Can you let us know how you're trying to access Jira from outside of your network
• Do you have a domain name, or an IP address? If it doesn't work with the domain, does it work with the IP address?
• Are you using http or https?
• Can you access the machine itself? (i.e. IP address:80)
• What ports are you using?
• What's your current network setup?
• What errors are you seeing?
