What are some methods people are using to increase CSAT participations? Often time people don't bother reading or opening the survey since they are already being bombarded with emails daily. Has anyone tried to automate this process via MS Teams or other communication method? Survey goes out to Microsoft Teams in a form of a message, and user can simply provide a quick selection on feedback..
i.e. How was your experience with agent for ticket xyz?
