HI ,

My company had a free trial until now , and i have got a massage that we can activate our license .

not able to find how to do it , it is jira cloud .

Hi @Tal Ryder , 

on Jira Cloud it will be automatically done : you don't have a license key to copy somewhere.

You can check this by going to the Manage Subscriptions menu at admin.atlassian.com

Hi @Tal Ryder , 

it might be because you did not activate your subscription to Jira Cloud for the proper site. I would suggest having a look at the quote that was sent to you as confirmation of your order, as it does specify your Atlassian Cloud site URL.

You can also check with support if there was an issue in your site activation : https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
