JIRA Bulk Issues Import from CSV error

Hi all, trying to bulk import issues from csv into jira using their importer. However on 2 custom fields its returning an error. For these 2 custom fields they already have preset values within my team's jira system but they are not being recognized when importing it. Any ideas on how to fix? Attached is the error message and the csv file used.

Kindly correct the tags, as per the screenshot it seems that you are using JIRA server/DC not using Jira Cloud.

This error is due to user picker field, It seems that you entered user name instead of user ID which is active in JIRA. Try to replace name with username / user ID and make sure users are available in jira.
