Hi. I'm setting up a public Jira server. I want anonymous users to be able to browse issues. I managed to allow this by setting the Project permissions and allow "Anyone" to Browse projects. However, anonymous users are not allowed to see user avatars.
The Reporter in this case should have a custom avatar:
I thought the solution would be to add "Anyone" to the "Browse Users" Jira Permission under Global Permissions, but even with this set, avatars still are shown as default images.
Any ideas here? I really want anonymous users to be able to see avatars.
I run a local Java Core Server 8.1.
It is not possible yet. See the feature request, vote for it and add your use case in the comments section.
Hope this helps
