Hi, everyone.
We have a family JIRA instance to keep track of our house refurbishment and other big tasks. My husband (kabat.michal@gmail.com) created this JIRA instance (https://emandem.atlassian.net/) and added me as a normal user. At some point - and we are not sure how or when this happened - he got locked out of this space. He is still able to log in with his credentials, but he does not have access to that particular instance and me being a non-admin user, I cannot re-add him.
We would like to continue using this space, can anyone help us?

I took a closer look at this site. I can see that there is only 1 site admin, but it is not the email address you listed here. I cannot disclose the exact email address here in community, but it follows the format of
###.###@gmail.com
I'd suggest reaching back out to Michal to let him know he needs to login using that other email address and then he should see the access to that site. If this doesn't help, just let me know and perhaps we can create a support ticket where we can disclose more info there that might be more helpful.
