JIRA 5.0 - Help with Query - List of All Users & Login Details

Hi all - first, I am newer to JIRA and am working in 5.0.7 which has made things a little more difficult. 

I need to find a way to pull all users (active/inactive, login details & emails) whether it be in JIRA or via SQL.  I would appreciate some help in building the query.  I have tried several query's that I have found through other user questions for help in this area but most are built for new versions of JIRA than what I am working with.
