JIRA 4.2.4-b591 installation

Hi,

I am installing JIRA 4.2.4-b591 on a web hosting, I do run ./startup.sh command to start JIRA then I got "JIRA 4.2.4-b591 build: 591 started. You can now access JIRA through your web browser" ( I am using port 8000 for JIRA accessing)

But when I connect to this hosting using port 8000, I got "

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

I do try with changing to another port solution, but still got no help.

Could you please give me your advice on this?

Hi, how have you setup the firewall/network? Please ensure that port 8000 is open and accessible. It does look like you are running JIRA with very low memory and this might be a problem too.
