JIRAでグループにメンションしたいですが、どこで設定したら良いでしょうか?

JIRAにグループにメンションしたいのですが、フィールドを確認しても、そのような設定がないのですが、どこから出来ますでしょうか?

ユーザーグループをメンションすることはできませんが、Atlassian チームを作成しメンバーを追加して、そのチームを指定してそのチームメンバーをメンションすることは可能です。

担当者（Assignee）にはチームを指定することはできません。またグループも指定できません。

Jira では、課題のオーナーを明確にするため、複数ユーザー（グループ）を指定できないように設計されています。グループに課題をアサインできるようにしてほしいという機能リクエストも Won’t fix （対応せず）としてクローズしています。

複数ユーザー（グループ）を担当者に指定するためのワークアラウンドはあります。

グループ用のアカウントを作成する、担当者とは別のカスタムフィールド（グループピッカー）を課題に追加する、といった方法が考えられます。

どうしても必要であればご検討くださいませ。

Mentioning groups is not possible yet with Jira Cloud.  There has been an open suggestion to add this feature for many years; you may watch/vote for it to see any progress: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-28225

Hi!

Please see Yumi's answer about using teams to do this for mentions when editing an issue.  Remember to take a look at the reference they provided, as there are multiple things in Jira named "teams" and using the correct one is needed.
