Is JIRA/Confluence plans to add support for the versions JDK 1.7?

Yes, I know Atlassian are working on this. I'm not an insider though, so I can't give you dates.

Confluence supports Java 1.7 as of Confluence 4.2 - http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Supported+Platforms

I'm fairly certain that an imminent release of JIRA will support 1.7 as well.
