Jira réinvite les utilisateur par lui même je ne comprend pas se qui se passe .Comment empecher que Jira déconnect les utilisateur.

is your instance connected to an external user provisioning system?
Probably you disable some user on atlassian admin side but the connected system on synch see that user active and send automatically an invitation.
