Today, ticket cloning no longer works. A pop-up appears with the following message, but the cloned tickets are not created.
"Once the cloning is complete, the cloned ticket will be linked to ****-3477, and you will see another pop-up window like this one."

Seems the actual issue creation process failed in the background or is hanging. This could be because of:

How are you determining that the new ticket is not being created?
Have you refreshed the screen lf the current ticket to see if the Links section is updated?
Have you executed a search on the project, ordering the results by CREATED DESC to see if a new ticket has been added to the list?

After this message, you should have a new one right after that tell you that the ticket has been created no ?

In fact, the expected new tickets are not being created.

So you can create tickets in the project, but when you clone it, it's not being created ? Did you double check by searching in the project ?
Can you confirm that the Work Item Link Type Cloners exist too ?
