We have a Jira Service Desk project with a filter for "internal issues" that shows two items in "To Do" status but whose actual status is "Resolved"
What could be the reason for the difference in status if it is the same field?

the Status Resuelta is may be configured with Status Category = To Do ? Or do you have other examples where Status = Resuelta and StatusCategory = Done?
