I'm trying to connect Confluence to my company's account, and the following message appears:
"We asked the administrator to add Confluence for you."
However, the administrator isn't receiving an email authorizing this process. Has anyone else experienced this?
Hello! @Gabriel Nogueira
if your problem is adding confluence to your instance?
then contact your Org Admin for adding confluence
if your problem is the email that should be sent to your administrator then:
Normally for adding a product to your workspace, an email is sent to your Org Admin who are the only ones capable of carrying out this type of operation.
if they say they have not received an email then this could be a bug and in this case I suggest you create a support ticket for the resolution of this one
NB: Org Amin is a higher level of administration than the Jira Admin. make sure you have contacted the Org Admins and not the Jira admins

Welcome to the community @Gabriel Nogueira
I assume you are not the administrator, since Jira admins can perform these integrations only. As for not receiving the authorization email, your admin needs to check everything (even the spam) first. Make sure that your admin has added the Confluence product to the site. There shouldn't be any emails regarding the authoirsation with Confluence (if there is, please post a screenshot of it here blurring all of the confidential data that you don't want to be seen, as this is the public site).
After that, they can merge Jira with Confluence using the Project pages feature in one of the projects in Jira (I am writing this, because I see that you are using Jira as a tag on this issue).

Hello, @Nikola Perisic
The administrators have checked their email iboxes and haven't received it indeed. However, Jira was added to the company a long time ago, and we are concerned that the admin email might be an old one. Can you tell me how to check who the admin emails are in my workspace?

Only organisation admin can do this (assuming you have one). This can be checked under the User Management from the Settings menu (cog wheel). From there, admin needs to find them selves, click on Show details and click on the Suggest changes button. If it's not in there, then its within the three dots of the selected user.
