Is there any way I can restrict visibility fields of issues? As a project user I'd like to show my issue summaries to the Anyone group but not more.

Thank You Jobin!

Although this plugin supports only the standard fields: Time tracking and Assignee, it might be helpful. It is perfect for modifying the custom field's security.
